By accessing the Platform or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Continued use of our Services after any modification of the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those modifications.

Lagova reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be notified to users by email or through the Platform. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Any individual or legal entity who accesses the Platform, whether as a Buyer, Seller or simple visitor.

User registered on the Platform for the purpose of searching for and purchasing vehicles.

User registered on the Platform offering vehicles for sale, whether private individual, dealership, garage or importer.

Publication of a vehicle for sale on the Platform, including information, photos and price of the vehicle.

All features offered by the Platform, including listing publication, vehicle search and connection services.

Registration requires providing accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number and, for professionals, company information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. Lagova will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Sellers can publish vehicle listings for sale. Each listing must contain accurate and complete information about the vehicle, including make, model, year, mileage, condition, price and recent photos.

Buyers can search for vehicles using our advanced filters (make, model, price, location, etc.) and contact sellers directly through the platform.

Lagova offers optional paid services for sellers, including featured listings, certification badges and professional subscriptions. Rates and conditions for these services are detailed in our pricing schedule.

The Seller guarantees that they are the legitimate owner of the vehicle or have written authorization from the owner to sell it. Sale of stolen vehicles or vehicles subject to disputes is strictly prohibited.

The Seller must be able to provide all legal documents necessary for the sale: registration card, certificate of non-encumbrance, valid technical inspection and any other document required by Congolese law.

It is forbidden to publish listings for vehicles not meeting safety standards, accident vehicles presented as in good condition, vehicles with falsified mileage, or any fraudulent, misleading or illegal content.

Transactions take place directly between Buyer and Seller. Lagova does not intervene in price negotiation, payment terms or transfer of vehicle ownership.

Buyers commit to communicating respectfully with Sellers and not using the platform for harassment, spam or fraudulent activities.

To secure your transactions, we recommend using traceable payment methods such as bank transfers or mobile money (Airtel Money, MTN MoMo). Avoid large cash payments and never send money before seeing the vehicle.

Access to the Platform and basic listing publication are free. Premium services are billed according to our current pricing schedule. Payments for Lagova services can be made via Mobile Money, bank card or transfer.

By posting content on the Platform (photos, descriptions), you grant Lagova a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce and display this content for Platform operation purposes.

Users are solely responsible for their interactions, transactions and the information they share. Lagova disclaims all liability regarding disputes between users, vehicle quality or listing accuracy.

Although we implement measures to detect fraudulent activities, Lagova cannot guarantee the complete absence of fraud on the Platform. Users must remain vigilant and report any suspicious behavior.

Your data is used to provide our services, improve your experience, ensure Platform security and, with your consent, send you marketing communications.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@lagova.cg.

Violations of the Terms may result in: a warning, listing removal, temporary account suspension, permanent account deletion, or legal action in case of serious violations.

Users can report any inappropriate content or behavior via the 'Report' button on each listing or by contacting us directly. We commit to reviewing all reports within 24 to 48 hours.

Lagova may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform in case of Terms violation, fraudulent activities, non-payment of premium services or any other legitimate reason, with or without notice.
